Baked potatoes with Grangeneuve red

Here is a daily recipe, perfectly accompanied by Grangeneuve, AOC Bordeaux red.


For 4 people :

6 potatoes
Smoked bacon
1 brick of sour cream
Emmenthal
Parsley or chives
Shallot


Cook the potatoes in water, then cut in half.

Fry the bacon and shallots in a pan aside.

Empty inside potatoes and a in small bowl, mix them with the bacon, sour cream, herbs.

Garnish potatoes with this mixture, then sprinkle with Emmenthal.

Bake fifteen minutes at 220 ° C.

Serve with a green salad of your choice.
