Grangeneuve Bordeaux Supérieur and steak with Paris mushroom sauce
A quick dinner for 2 persons:
2 thinly sliced steaks
About 100g of mushrooms of Paris
1/3 of cream
salt, pepper, powder shallot
Accompanying:
With fried potatoes and green salad
Fry the mushrooms in some olive oil, wait until they are golden brown, then season and add the cream. Cook during 5 minutes and cut.
Put the sauces in small ramekins.
Fry the steaks in butter / oil mixture.
Prepare the plates with fried potatoes and salad!
